The Free Sports Day aims to create a welcoming and fun environment offering a range of inclusive physical activities for all disabilities

About this Event

The Free Disability Sports Day will consist of sports awareness by helping disabled people (physical and or learning difficulty) understand the benefits of physical activity by providing a different range of inclusive activities to increase awareness and participation in sports and physical activity across Birmingham.

We have a guest speaker Sandy Joseph from Teen Girls Networking speaking about mindset and confidence building

 

The Event is held on:

Sunday 30th June 2019 - 12.00pm-17.00pm

Kids 12.00pm-15.00pm (5-18)

Adults 15.00pm-17.00pm

Handsworth Well-being Centre, Holly Rd, Birmingham B20 2BY

 

Limitless fitness aims to inspire and excite the community by showcasing a range of inclusive activities, offer healthy nutritional supplements, create more awareness and introduce tailored specific exercises to increase muscular strengths and endurance physical fitness. by offering a range of opportunities to become more active within the city.

Activities include: sit down volleyball, wheelchair basketball, boccia, darts, archery, seated exercises and bend and stretch exercises.
